Umzingwane held its Special RDDC meeting at the Council boardroom. It is responsible for synthesizing sector-specific priorities into a cohesive, district-wide integrated master plan. By reviewing socio-economic trends, infrastructure deficits, and development partner proposals, the RDDC aligns district-level development strategies with national growth objectives, ensuring streamlined service delivery, non-duplication of efforts, and collaborative resource utilization.
